The 2007 Mosaic Christian Fellowship and Korean Christian Church (Denver, CO) Thailand Mission Team with the Jasper Kids and staff.

Three members of Mosaic Christian Fellowship, Jason Lee, Steve Byun and Peter Moran teamed up with a team from Korean Christian Church in Denver, CO (Peter's old church) for a 2 week mission trip to northern Thailand.  The team ministered at the Jasper Kids Foundation as well as two hill-tribe villages. 

This year the team helped to build a laundry facility at the Jasper Kids Foundation, taught English, Did VBS activities with the village kids and had Bible study time with the adult villagers.  We also had joint worship services with the villagers and the Jasper Kids. 

We hope to be able to continue to send teams to Thailand to work with Pastor JJ and Junya to help raise up future Christian leaders and grow God's Kingdom in Thailand.  Please contact Peter Moran the Missions Coordinator if you are interested in possibly being part of a team in 2008. 

We believe that missions can take place overseas and in our own backyards.  We are committed to reaching out to our local community and to the whole world as we seek to spread the good news of Jesus.

We believe that actions can speak louder than words.  You don't need to be a Bible scholar to engage in the great commission.  Being versed in scripture does help as we evangelize to the lost but God's love can also be shown so abundantly in how we treat our family, friends, co-workers, complete strangers and even our enemies. 

Above all, God is looking for willing hearts to serve Him in the mission fields here at home and overseas.
